It has begun...

nesting
Saturday: February 12th was day 1 of nesting: I decided to vacuum, not just the living room but the entire house...and not only vacuum but then take the little appliances and vacuum out every square inch of the apartment...including the creases of the baseboards and behind the couch...in every crease of the kitchen...everywhere! It didn't stop there, I decided it would be a good idea to take Lysol wipes and clean the baseboard (the whole time thinking, man I should have kept that old toothbrush so I could scrub these creases) I mean why not, I was already down there! It was pretty insane how all of a sudden it came across me that I needed to deep clean the apartment. We were just relaxing on the couch and watching "how I met your mother" on the computer and I just got up from where I was sitting and went straight into the bathroom and started to clean. Now all I want to do is start the baby laundry and straighten up everything around the apartment!

Some say this is a sign that labor is near, it wouldn't surprise me considering I've had the lovely reoccurring Braxton Hicks daily since Friday...along with some other not so pleasant signs of pre-term labor, I am just wishing and praying that it is me being ultra sensitive...we will see what the doctor says on Wednesday at my appointment. I am just praying that little man will stay put for a few more weeks but we all know babies have minds of their own! :) Until then I will continue to clean like crazy and prepare for Max to make his appearance! We are all very excited!
Saturday also marked the start of the 34th week of pregnancy for me! I must say that I am so excited to say I am almost done.. I feel like I've been pregnant forever, I keep reminding myself it could be worse. (Elephants have 24 months of pregnancy..bless them.) As for Max, he should be about 22 in & weighing about 5.5 pounds and is about the size of a large cantaloupe/honeydew (once again the doctors appointment Wednesday will confirm this)
